Terms of Service

1. The service

EarnedPilot is software for managing digital PR and link building: contact relationships, outreach, link monitoring and client reporting. We'll provide the service with reasonable skill and care and aim for high availability, but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime level on standard plans.

2. Accounts, trials and billing

Trials cost £1 for 14 days and require a payment card; your chosen plan's monthly price begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Plans are monthly with no minimum term — cancel any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. Upgrades are charged pro-rata immediately; downgrades credit the difference to your next invoice. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

3. Acceptable use — email in particular

You must comply with applicable law when sending outreach through EarnedPilot, including UK GDPR and PECR. Outreach must be relevant, professional B2B communication. Bulk unsolicited email, purchased consumer lists, deceptive subject lines or forged headers are prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension. You are the sender of your emails; deliverability of your domain remains your responsibility.

4. Your data

Your data stays yours. Organisation owners can export everything or delete the organisation at any time from Settings. On deletion, data is removed from production systems immediately and from backups on their normal rotation. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Fair usage

Plan limits (workspaces, relationships, sends, monitored links, reports and finder credits) are shown transparently on the pricing page and inside the product. We may throttle usage that degrades the service for others.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or the outcome of any PR campaign.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email for material changes. Continued use after the notice period is acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
